The Weekend
Praise be, I've finally finshed exams and my first weekend of a whole summer of slumming is nearing its end. However, a mind bending twist of fate occured on saturday involving a procession of mothers, fathers, babies and small children who ask too many questions and a man dressed as Noddy, all in a shopping centre. The worst part was when I tried to get out but ended going against the flow of hundreds of pushchairs, hot on the heels of noddy in his car. Firstly he wasn't wearing a seatbelt and secondly I ended up smeared across the windows of the passing shops trying to esape, all while a song of children singing about him was playing VERY LOUDLY. I think that was in an effort to entince toddlers in a 10 miles radius to be enchanted by his song and be drawn towards his gnome like charm. And people continue to have children...they're just enouraging them.

I'm also sad to say that the beanie babies I've been persistently hanging onto in the belief they would pay off my student loan are actually worth about a penny each. Now I dont just have the shame of admitting to actually owning them, also that they're worthless pieces of nylon full of beans!! I you have any idea of what I can do with about a hundred of them please, please let me know. You could always buy one and send them as a trinket of your scorn to people you don't like. I'm desperate...please help!

Sarah, hurry up and finish your bloody exams woman! We have beer to drink.

Hi, due to the roaring success of the picture post I thought I'd follow it up. (I'm guessing Sarah's been just as busy  biting her nails and then fingers as much as I have). I admit it, I've been watching big brother and I would pretend to not like it but that would be lying.  The guy with turets (Pete) is like a living prodigy song. From what I know he has a job as a cloakroom attendant, which maybe isn't so rock n roll but a little amusing when you imagine the siutations he could get himself into e.g "can i take your *cunt* coat?" etc. etc.

I've also applied for a summer school for painting and drawing which should see me back to my old art days nicely. It's at Newcastle College and although I haven't even posted the bloody application form yet I'm dusting off my beret and digging out my easel (as that what all artists look like dont you know).

Off to put my head in a cupboard and scream very loudly-I'm at my dad's.

School's Out
Hope everyone's as glad as I am that we no longer have to attend school. It doesn't quite feel real yet but I know once our time off stops feeling like a holiday then we'll understand that, my god, we have to try and become adults someday.
Our last day shenanigans included the hanging of huge banners, leaving our mark on each others yearbooks, kitchen demolition and a lot of confetti. There's too many lovely people to not bother to see again so I hope at least we'll keep in touch, even if it's only passing comment to another. Oh, how sentimental I've become already.
The day consequently turned to night and that meant it was time for the leavers party. I'll keep it succinct by saying that there was a lot of alcohol and sweaty, rampant teenagers so the results were pretty predictable lol. The evening ended on the bus with unforigving defamation of certain teachers including a chant of  "Mrs Eden smell of cat piss" at no less than full volume. It was bloody hilarious.

Anyway, there is a day free music in newcastle called "freevolution" on monday and I wondered whether my good friends Sarah and Tania would like to go. I'm going to be in touch anyway but if you see this then you're ahead of the game. Also, let me know what the johnston last day was like.  (I saw mike outside of walkabout at about 1.30 last night, alone...Sarah, where were you?)

Wednesday

You were warned!! I gave father Jack a makeover ; )

I have lots of mike/teenage issues to moan on about which is all very depressing and I think I've done enough of that already so I'll make a proper entry when things brighten up.

Hope you're all well. Enjoyed trainspotting the other night - though I seemed to be laughing all all the wrong inappropriate moments. But, at least I could control my bodily functions unlike some wierdo a few rows behind me.

Speak soon xx

Dangerous Dancing
Ey up.  Alright? Thought I'd kill me some time on live journal. I arrived super early for my exam which I now know is in the afternoon so that just goes to show that being a good student doesn't always pay off. I have all this week stuck in a small room with all those oily turpintine fumes so livejournal should be 'interesting' to say the least. If Michael is in my exam then I may just end up topping myself, so, to all you livejournal folk, its been nice.

On a slightly higher-got-headbutted-in-the-face note, I had a really great time on Friday  night despite being quite tipsy and attempting to dance to a band whose lead singer was about 6. Oh yeah and getting headbutted by an emo kid. And passing out due to my own light-weightedness. And a deep discussion about piles which may stay with me till the day I die.  But other that that it was nice. Thankyou my two lovely chums ; )

I really don't want to be at Durham Johnston today. It's going to be one of those days I can tell. God I can't wait for summer.

Sarahxx

Other stuff-

Has the line up for leeds been changed? I don't know I'll check..

I recieved an ppa application form for sarah tillsley and some weirdass address but I don't really want to put that up here incase theres some stalker who is riveted by my livejournal entries and wants to find me. ha.

For love of live music
Hope that everyone enjoyed what they could of today's brief period of sunny, spring like weather. It definitely felt like summer when I sat outside at the pub with the mellowing combination of cold beer and a warm breeze.

To something a little less civilised...there is another gig at the rowing club next friday with my friend's band playing, therefore I would like to ask whether Miss Sarah and Miss Tania would care to attend. I know the last event there was sweaty and angsty to say the least lol, but apparantley they've been practising hard and reckon it'll be fun with you two. Let me know anyhow.

In onther news, i went to an 18th birthday last night and i got asked about:
my breasts
my vagina
my sister's vagina
my boyfriend's penis (its size to be precise)
my bikini line

and this was just the restaurant. We moved on to a public house where everything indeed got very public. And there i had my breasts groped.
I feel i should go and read Oscar Wilde, eat cucumber sandwiches and brush up on my elecution to try and reverse the effects. Earl grey anyone?

How Smart Is Your Right Foot?

1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand

You will keep trying to outsmart your own foot but you just can't   : /

Hours of entertainment, I promise. AND a great way to make friends in a work environment.

Anyhew, I came on to thank Chloe and Tania for two good nights of fun including post-it notes and dancing to Gnarles Barkley 'crazy'

Hope everything is good with you two and all other livejournal folk.

Festival Hype
Hello Sarah and livejournal (as I believe it to be listening too)...
WE'RE GOING TO SEE MUSE....MATT, MATT, MATT
WE'RE GOING TO SEE THE YEAH YEAH YEAHS...
PRIMAL SCREAM....AUDIOSLAVE.  it's all too much, I need some sips of icy water.

Not to mention that the rest of the weekened will be fantastic too. The coach ride even seems like a riot at this point, and if anyone causes any bother I know who I cant turn to to sort them out, ay Sarah? Kidding, I'm proud of my friend because she deserved that moment when she could show a 'fat bully' that she's only actually half of that title, so a failed bully in my eyes and quite a pathetic individual.
I'm going to the cinema with James tomorrow so I get to spend time with my favourite person at Leonards, therefore making me a very happy girl.
Now, how the hell do you make an easter egg...

Trouble
Hey

Check out Ray Lamontagne hes really amazing. Sort of like Bob Dylan and Neil Young. His album Trouble is well worth buying and the the track 'Burn' is one of the best things i've heard in a long time.

Hope you're all well

Mentaal
After a very amusing phone call off Sarah last night i was cheer up big time. She proved that aerobics is no fool's game. But now I type in desperation because I want to escape the common room and the prospect of boring those in it with my nerdy woes. Hello live journal :-) Today (if you have ever had one) is one of those days where you don't have particularly anything of interesting to say to anybody and nobody wants to particularly talk to you. You're tired and all you want to do is get the day over with and go have eat cake or watch some funny T.V.
Hope you have got your mummy something nice for mother's day Sarah. If I claim to know you at all I'd say that you're going to make something. Definitely the card, perhaps the present-let me know if im right. If I'm wrong im a bad bad friend and posion the next drink you buy me.
Tania's birthday was really good and she has some lovely friends. It's weird to think that Tania has just turned 18 now as she's always seemed so mature and as has been mentioned in the past, like a very cool big sister (I wouldn't mind one of those!)

I'm sure when this post is read it will seem so completely obscure, but, as I walk back to tutor at least I know that I'll have communicated something mildly worthwhile-go personality!

hehe, some girl's work has not only got stuck in the printer but has been lost from the screen...funny only because she's an arrogant turd. and yes, turds can be arrogant.

The World is Your Oyster
Yello.

Welldone for passing your exams! I wouldn't worry too much about not beating that girl you get out what you put into life and its better that you know that than rely on fluke luck to carry you through. I know you will go far, my senses tell me so.

Chico was some bloke on the X Factor. He wrote a song about himself called Chico Time. Shockingly he didn't win. Unfortunately I only see a future for him with a scrap of dignity if he hooks up with the cheeky girls and forms some sort of circus act.

Oh dear wedding planning all sounds very confusing. I'm on the end of the phone if you need to get out the house.

Sarah xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

(also I can't wait to see the sugababes because I have fallen in love with them and want to keep them in a box on my shelf so only I can hear them singing all day long. Or maybe I'll just make a banner of some sort for V :)

Hurray I'm a groupie!

Two questions...
Chico Time is as yet an unexplained phenomenon to me, so what is it? lol
What are tags!? I keep typing in them but they still baffle me, kerazy.
